How does your service work?

How long does it take to receive my custom edits?

In some cases, your edits will be available in as little as one business day; however, most of the time, they will be ready within three to five business days.

What file format do you provide?

We provide the finished product as a 320kbps mp3 file, tagged with artist, title, and year.

What if the song is not available from one of the major download sites?

If any or all of the songs you choose are not available for us to purchase, you may opt to send us an original, legally purchased copy of the track(s), which we will use as the source.

Can I choose which parts I want removed?

You may suggest which parts of the song you would like removed; however, editing choices are always at our discretion. Our goal is to make the finished product sound smooth and seamless. Unless you have a specific reason for choosing the parts that are removed, we recommend that you leave the editing decisions to our production professionals.

Can I choose the exact length for my custom edits?

You are welcome to request the song(s) be a certain length; however, we cannot guarantee an exact length. The most important thing is that the finished edit sounds great.

Can you remove certain lyrics from my custom edits?

Although editing choices are always at our discretion, most times we are able to accommodate requests for the removal of specific lyrics. If we are unable to remove the objectionable lyrics without making the song sound awkward, we will refund your money.
